1. Introduction

Welcome to CleanoLink (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, whether you are a client booking a cleaner, or a cleaner accepting bookings through our platform.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Role

CleanoLink is a cleaning service matchmaking platform. We connect clients (homeowners, Airbnb hosts, etc.) with independent cleaning professionals.

  • We do not employ cleaners directly
  • We vet and match cleaners, but final cleaning service delivery is the responsibility of the cleaner

3. Clients - Bookings Terms

3.1 Service Requests

By submitting a cleaning request:

  • You agree to provide accurate details (property size, location, special requirements)
  • You understand we may contact you to confirm information or clarify details

3.2 Payments & Pricing

  • Pricing is quoted based on your description and location
  • Full payment may be required upfront or upon job completion
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services (laundry, restocking, deep cleaning)

3.3 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled clean may be charged in full
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal

3.4 Complaints or Issues

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled clean may be charged in full

4. Cleaners - Responsibilities

4.1 Independence

By accepting a booking through CleanoLink:

  • You act as a self-employed contractor
  • You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, and legal compliance

4.2 Service Quality

  • You agree to perform cleaning services with care, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or poor performance may result in removal from our network

4.3 Access & Respect

  • Cleaners must respect client property and privacy
  • Any damages or misconduct may result in liability and immediate removal from CleanoLink

5. Liability

  • CleanoLink is not liable for damages, theft, or disputes arising between clients and cleaners
  • We act solely as an introduction agent and will assist with dispute resolution where possible
  • Both parties are responsible for their own conduct and due diligence

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to terms

CleanoLink reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site and services indicates acceptance of the latest version.

9. Non-Circumvention

Clients and cleaners connected through CleanoLink agree not to circumvent or exclude CleanoLink from any ongoing or future cleaning service arrangements.

This means:

  • Clients shall not engage any CleanoLink-recommended cleaner directly, bypassing CleanoLink
  • Cleaners shall not offer or accept work from CleanoLink clients privately

This restriction applies for 12 months from the date of introduction.
Violation may result in removal from the platform, a £500 administrative fee, and/or legal action.
